The building consists of the theatre and the Centre for Innovation in Performing Arts, and the Zing Cafe Bar. Around 400 students study Dance and Drama here at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
It is within walking distance of High Street shopping and the restaurants on the Brayford Pool waterfront.
