It has a range of beautiful accommodation and the Stables Tearoom at the Carlton Vineyard serve delicious locally sourced dishes and host special dining events including Wine and Tapas and tasty seasonal Sunday lunches.

The historic property has belonged to the ancestors of the Duke of Norfolk since the Norman Conquest. Currently the family home to Lord and Lady Gerald Fitzalan Howard, it is the most complete house of its type to be found today and boasts original Victorian features including three grand Staterooms and a Minstrel’s Gallery.

The Walled Garden is Carlton Tower’s very own vineyard, born from Lord and Lady Gerald’s passion for wine and dedicated to Lord Gerald’s father. Overlooked by The Stables Tearoom where you can enjoy a leisurely afternoon with homemade treats.
